地铁继电器指示灯模块工作原理及故障检测方法

摘要 目前国内大多数地铁项目还都是以继电器控制为主,继电器是一种根据外界输入信号的变化,接通或断开小电流电路,以实现自动控制和保护功能的电器,一般来说,继电器主要用来反映各种控制信号,其触点通常接在控制电路中,触点种类和数量较多、体积小,但对其动作的准确性要求高。在车辆电控系统中继电器的故障率也较高,为了能够快速准确判断哪个继电器故障我们在继电器线圈两端并联了指示灯模块来显示继电器的得失电状态,在使用过程中也经常会遇到因为继电器指示灯模块损坏而导致断路器跳闸,从而导致列车清客下线等诸多不良事件,本文分析其工作原理并提出一种快速检测方法。 At present, most domestic subway projects are mainly controlled by relays. Relays are electrical appliances that switch on or off small current circuits according to changes in external input signals to achieve automatic control and protection functions. Generally speaking, The relay is mainly used to reflect various control signals. The contacts are usually connected in the control circuit. The types and number of contacts are large and the volume is small, but the accuracy of their actions is high. In the vehicle electrical control system, the failure rate of the relay is also high. In order to be able to quickly and accurately determine which relay is faulty, we have indicator lamps in parallel at both ends of the relay coil to display the relay’s power and loss status. It is often encountered during use. Due to the damage of the relay indicator module, the circuit breaker trips, which leads to many adverse events such as the train clearing passengers. This article analyzes its working principle and proposes a fast detection method.
