摆动转子油桶泵的结构特点及流量分析

摘要 针对油桶泵的要求和特点,提出了一种新型摆动转子油桶泵,阐述了它的工作原理和结构特点;用数学方法推导出摆动转子泵的流量公式,分析了它的流量特性。通过对该泵的结构及流量分析与研究发现,该泵虽有一定流量脉动,但具有自吸性能强、结构简单、重量轻、便于携带及移动等特点,作为油桶泵,具有广阔的应用前景。 According to the requirements and characteristics of oil drum pump, a new type of swinging rotor oil drum pump is proposed. Its working principle and structural characteristics are described;The flow equation of oscillating rotor pump is deduced by mathematical method and its flow characteristic is analyzed. Through the analysis and research on the structure and flow of the pump, it is found that although the pump has a certain flow pulsation, it has strong self-absorption performance, simple structure, light weight, easy to carry and move and other characteristics, as a oil drum pump, has a broad application prospect.
