摘要
在当前医患关系紧张的形势下,如何做到有效缓解紧张医患矛盾,就成为当下医疗服务领域中一项亟待解决的实际问题。医患矛盾发生多是由于沟通不到位所致,对此,文章探讨医患认知视角下医患沟通行为的重要性,经由分析医患关系现状,提出几点改善医患沟通的有效途径,旨在促医疗单位从业人员充分认识到医患沟通行为的重要性,提升我国医疗服务质量。
In the current domestic medical situation where the relationship between doctors and patients is tense, how to effectively alleviate the tension between doctors and patients has become an urgent practical problem in the field of medical services. Doctor-patient conflicts happen mostly due to communication does not reach the designated position. For this, this paper discusses the importance of doctor-patient communication behavior from the perspective of doctor-patient cognition. By analyzing the current situation of doctor-patient relationship, it puts forward several effective way to improve doctor-patient communication, aiming to promote the medical practitioners to fully realize the importance of doctor-patient communication behavior and improve the quality of medical service in China.
