摘要
目的:提高临床教学质量,探索PBL、CBL、文献沙龙相结合的混合教学模式在中医内科学临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取广西中医药大学医学本科专业在广西中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤科轮转的见习生共60人,随机分为两组,每组30人,试验组采用PBL、CBL结合Journal Club的见习带教方法,对照组采用传统的见习带教方法,评估两组教学效果。结果:问卷调查的11项指标,试验组的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组理论成绩、临床技能操作成绩、总成绩、优秀率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL、CBL、文献沙龙教学模式在中医内科学临床见习教学中能明显提高教学质量,优于传统教学方法。
Objective:To improve the quality of clinical teaching and explore the application effect of the mixed teaching mode of PBL,CBL and literature salon in clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 60 interns from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.PBL,CBL and journal club were used in the experimental group,while the traditional method was used in the control group to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:According to 11 indicators of the questionnaire survey,the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group’s theoretical achievement,clinical skill operation achievement,total achievement and excellent rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL,CBL and literature salon teaching mode can obviously improve the teaching quality in clinical probation teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,which is better than the traditional teaching method.
