摘要
在普通高校中,少数民族贫困生属于特殊的小群体,其资助育人工作属于高校思想政治工作中的小部分,但意义重大,关系着和谐校园的建设、精准扶贫计划的实施以及民族大团结的维护。文章从少数民族贫困生资助育人面临的现状出发,从以人为本理论、马克思主义交往实践理论为切入点,探讨“跟进式教育”理念对普通高校少数民族贫困生资助育人的启示,并在此基础上提出运用“跟进式教育”四位一体的工作模式,推动高校少数民族贫困生资助育人的实践发展。
In Chinese colleges and universities,the poverty-stricken minority students are a special group.The subsidized education work is a small part of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,but it is of great significance,for it is related to the construction of a harmonious campus,the implementation of a precise poverty alleviation plan,and the great unity of the nation.Based on the current situation of minority students in poverty-stricken areas,this paper takes Marxist theory of communication and people-oriented theory as the starting points,and discusses the indications of the concept of"follow-up education"to the education of poverty-stricken minority students in ordinary colleges and universities.On this basis,it proposes a four-in-one working model of"follow-up education",so as to promote the development of poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities.
