保障与激励相结合的研究生奖助体系的构建——以苏州大学为例

研究生奖助体系是引导研究生价值导向的关键依托,是帮助研究生完成学业的主要保障,是激励研究生深入科研的重要抓手。文章介绍了苏州大学在现行研究生教育投入机制改革中建立的研究生奖助体系,结合学校发展实际,注重价值导向,保障和提高研究生基本待遇,激励研究生在科学研究、创新实践等方面深入研究、积极参与。在学校持续不断加大资源投入,坚持不懈优化资源配置下,形成了一套价值导向最高思想性、基本保障最大覆盖面、成果激励最新学术性、科学管理最全系统性的行之有效的研究生奖助体系。

Graduate student award system is the key support to guide the value orientation of graduate students,the main goal to help graduate students complete their studies,and the important grasp to encourage graduate students to go deep into scientific research.This paper introduces the graduate student award system established by Suzhou University in the reform of the present investment mechanism for postgraduate education.It combines the reality of the development of the university,pays attention to value orientation,guarantees and improves the basic treatment of postgraduates,and encourages postgraduates to study deeply and participate actively in scientific research and innovative practice.With the continuous increase of resources input and unremitting optimization of resource allocation,a set of effective graduate grant system has been formed,which has the highest value orientation,the largest coverage of basic guarantee,the latest academic incentives and the most comprehensive and systematic scientific management.
