高校勤工助学与创新创业教育的融合探析

勤工助学、创新创业教育是高校育人的重要手段。针对目前勤工助学、创新创业教育存在的问题,勤工助学与创新创业教育相融合,能够扬长避短,提高高校人才培养的质量。从最终目标、两者互补、整合资源等角度考虑,勤工助学与创新创业教育融合具有可行性。通过政策落实、机构健全、资源整合,能够促进勤工助学与创新创业教育融合的实现。

Work-study program and innovation-entrepreneurship education are important means of university education.In view of the problems of work-study program and innovation-entrepreneurship education,these two approaches are integrated to enhance the quality of university education.From the perspective of the ultimate goal,their complementarity,and the integration of resources,it is feasible to integrate work-study program and innovative-entrepreneurship education.Through policy implementation,institutional integrity,and resource integration,we can promote the integration of work-study program and innovative-entrepreneurship education.
