生活指南式教育是促进优秀传统文化向人们精神追求和行为习惯的转换、促进高职学生文化人格的建构的需要。这种教育模式形成一套贯穿学生学习与业余生活、衣食住行各个方面,统合文化生活具体体验、文化内涵反思观察、文化精神抽象概括和文化行动应用四个完整过程。其教育内容建构、师资队伍建设和结果评价均以协同化思维为指导,将线上文化反思讨论与线下文化活动体验、专业教师和学工部门、过程性评价与结果评价统合。

Life guide education is needed to promote the transformation of excellent traditional culture to people’s spiritual pursuit and behavior habits, and to promote the construction of vocational college students’ cultural personality. This educational model forms a set of four complete procedures that run through students’ study and leisure life, clothing, food, housing and transportation, and integrate four complete procedures: the concrete experience of cultural life, the reflection and observation of cultural connotation, the abstract generalization of cultural spirit and the application of cultural action. Its educational content construction, teacher team construction and result evaluation are all guided by collaborative thinking, integrating online cultural reflection and discussion with offline cultural activity experience, professional teachers and academic work departments,process evaluation and result evaluation.
