摘要
文章分析在校理工科学生在科技创新方面的意识、认知和需求特征,以科研育人质量提升体系政策为指引,充分利用北京航空航天大学科技创新优势,通过发挥学校科研优势反哺教学,构建思政与教学相融的资源供给模式,搭建多维度科研素养平台,因材施教、分类培养,打造个性化发展支持体系,建立多层次条件保障机制,有效推动科学研究与高等教育相结合,形成以科研育人为主要特征的拔尖创新人才培养模式。
The article analyzes the characteristics of consciousness,cognition,and needs of engineering students in science and technology innovation in the university.Guided by the policy of improving the quality of scientific research for education,it made full use of the advantages of scientific research innovation of Beihang University to give back to teaching based on the school's scientific research advantages.It constructed a resource supply model that integrated ideological and political education,built a multidimensional scientific research literacy platform,and taught students according to their aptitudes,categorizes them.The university is built a personalized development support system,established a multilevel condition guarantee mechanism,and effectively promoted the combination of scientific research and higher education,to form a scientific research for education characteristic of outstanding innovative talent training model.
