民办高校通识教育的现状与对策分析——以上海六所民办本科高校为例

新时代民办本科高校如何推进内涵式发展,提升教学质量,是民办本科高校的迫切任务。文章以上海六所民办本科高校为例,探讨了民办本科高校加强通识教育的重要性与必要性,阐释了民办本科高校通识教育建设的现状,并从提高对通识教育理念的认同度、合理设置通识教育的课程体系、加强通识教育师资力量的建设三个方面分析了民办本科高校通识教育发展的对策。

In the new era,it is an urgent task for private universities to promote the connotative development and improve the quality of education.Taking six private universities in Shanghai as examples,this paper discusses the importance and necessity of strengthening general education in private universities,explains the problems of general education construction in private universities,and analyzes the countermeasures in universities at three aspects:improving the recognition of general education concept,reasonably setting up the course system of general education,and strengthening the construction of general education teachers for the development of general education.
