高职院校学生入职新型职业农民影响因素分析

Analysis on the Factors Influencing the Students’ Entry into the New Type of Professional Farmers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生是服务乡村振兴的重要群体,响应政策号召入职新型职业农民是服务乡村振兴的重要渠道,本文通过二项分类Logistic回归分析模型,从学生个体因素、家庭因素和社会因素三个层面选取变量进行入职新型职业农民的影响因素分析,根据分析结果提出相应的建议,可以有效的拓宽新型职业农民的人才渠道。

Higher vocational college students is an important community service rural revitalization, response policy called for the induction of new professional farmers is the important channel of service village,based on the classification of the binomial Logistic regression analysis model, from the student individual factor, family factor and social factor three aspects to select variables to analyze the influence factors of induction of new professional farmers, according to the result of analysis, put forward the corresponding suggestion,can effectively widen the channel of the new professional farmers’ talents.
