我国是农业大国,第一产业发达,党和政府高度重视"三农"问题,农村产业的发展成为了大众新的关注点。由于气象灾害严重影响了农业生产与发展,建立农村气象灾害防御体系十分有必要,本文通过农村常见的气象灾害入手,分析当下农村气象灾害防御体系建设存在的问题,研究农村气象灾害防御体系建设的主要途径。

China is a large agricultural country,the primary industry developed,the party and the government attaches great importance to the"three rural"issues,the development of rural industry has become a new focus of the public.Since meteorological disasters have seriously affected agricultural production and development,it is very necessary to establish a rural meteorological disaster defense system.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the rural meteorological disaster defense system through the common meteorological disasters in rural areas,and studies the main ways of the construction of the rural meteorological disaster defense system.
