Digital Currency and Capital Flight:Research Progress,Typical Fact and Potential Threat

因匿名性和去中心化的特性,比特币逐渐受到资本外逃者的青睐,沦为“换汇的地下高速公路”,引发诸多争议。在系统评述比特币渠道资本外逃问题的学术研究进展的基础上,从媒体资料与黑天鹅事件角度梳理了比特币渠道资本外逃的典型事实,并商榷了质疑的观点。进一步从场外交易失控、别国监管松懈、比特币基因特性、创新层出不穷等方面指出,目前仍面临着比特币渠道资本外逃问题的潜在威胁。最后提出重视研究、强化监测、加强监管、深化合作等针对性的建议。

Due to its features of anonymity and decentralization,bitcoin has gradually been favored by capital flight and has become the " underground exchange highway",causing many disputes. Based on the systematic review of the academic research progress of capital flight through bitcoin channel,this paper combs the typical facts of capital flight through bitcoin channel from the perspective of media materials and Black Swan Event,discusses the questionable views,and from the aspects of uncontrolled over-the-counter trading,lax supervision in other countries,bitcoin ’ s genetic characteristics and endless innovation,etc.,further points out that at present the potential threat of capital flight through bitcoin channel is still existing,and finally puts forward such targeted suggestions as attaching importance to research,strengthening monitoring,perfecting judicature and deepening cooperation.
