摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国的基础设施也在不断地完善。作为一个疆域广大的国家,我国拥有非常丰富的水资源,充足的水资源能够带动经济的发展,为了保证有效地利用有限的水资源,需要修建一定规模的水利工程,减少水利资源的浪费。高原地区也有充足的水资源,在高原地区修建水利工程可以帮助借用地形因素加大水利落差创造更大的水动力,将水动力转换为动力,促进其他基础设施的运行。由于高原地区的地形因素和温度因素给水利工程的建设带来了极大的困难,对此相关工作人员需要根据高原的实际情况建设水利工程,保证水利工程建设的质量。文章首先讲述了高原水利工程建设遇到的问题,然后讲述了高原水利工程建设关键技术,供相关人士参考与交流。
