摘要
伴随我国经济建设的腾飞,高速公路、高速铁路等基础设施建设快速发展,中西部山区规划的高速公路越来越多,全线的桥隧比很多都达到80%以上,而隧道工程因地质条件复杂、施工难度大、安全风险高、突发状况多、技术储备不足等原因,往往是全线的控制性工程。文章结合连城山隧道施工实践,着重介绍了高地应力软弱围岩隧道施工常见病害类型及初期支护侵限、仰拱隆起开裂、二衬开裂等的预防及拆换施工方案,结果可为同类隧道施工提供参考。
With the rapid development of China's economic construction and infrastructure construction such as expressways and high-speed railways,more and more expressways are planned in the central and western mountainous areas,and the ratio of bridges to tunnels along the whole line is more than 80%.However,due to the complex geological conditions,the construction difficulty,the high safety risk,the many emergencies and the lack of technical reserves,the tunnel engineering is often the whole line Control engineering.Combined with the construction practice of lianchengshan tunnel,this paper mainly introduces the common disease types in the construction of the tunnel with high ground stress and soft surrounding rock,the prevention and replacement construction schemes of the initial support invasion limit,the inverted arch uplift cracking,the second lining cracking,etc.,the results can provide reference for the similar tunnel construction.
