摘要
自主创新和产学研合作创新是农业类高校实现创新绩效目标的2种有效方式,探讨二者之间的关系对优化资源配置、促进创新具有重要意义。从协同学视角出发分析农业类高校自主创新和产学研合作创新二者协同发展的关系,构建了基于序参量的复合系统协同发展模型,运用2009—2017年的相关数据对农业类高校创新系统协同发展进行实证研究。结果表明:2009—2017年期间创新协同度大小一直处于负数状态,但近几年负数在逐渐向正数转变;有效发明专利的件数逐年稳步增长,但有效发明专利件数的增长率逐年下降,增长率下降可能就是由于协同度大小为负值造成的。
Independent innovation and industry-university-research cooperation innovation are two effective ways for agricultural universities to achieve the goal of innovation performance.It is of great significance to explore the relationship between them for optimizing resource allocation and promoting innovation.From the perspective of synergy,this paper analyzes the relationship between the collaborative development of independent innovation and industry-university-research cooperation innovation in agricultural universities,constructs a composite system collaborative development model based on order parameters,and conducts empirical research on the collaborative development of innovation system in agricultural universities by using relevant data from 2009 to 2017.The results show that the degree of innovation synergy had been in a negative state from 2009 to 2017,but in recent years,the negative number is gradually changing to a positive number.The number of effective invention patents is increasing steadily year by year,but the growth rate of the number of effective invention patents is decreasing year by year.The decrease of the growth rate may be caused by the negative degree of synergy.
