浅谈高炉炉役后期铁口的维护操作

Discussion on the Maintenance Operation of Iron Mouth in the Late Period of Blast Furnace

分析和总结了高炉炉役后期阶段铁口的工作状况,针对存在的泥包侵蚀加剧、炉缸工作不均匀、铁口区域漏煤气等问题,仅从高炉炉前操作入手,采取了一系列综合治理措施,即通过强化铁口维护,加强炉前出铁管理,定期灌浆维护等措施,取得了较好的生产效果。

This paper analyzes and summarizes the working conditions of the iron mouth in the later stage of blast furnace operation, and takes a series of comprehensive measures to deal with the problems such as the increasing erosion of mud bags, uneven work of the furnace tanks, and gas leakage in the iron mouth area. That is, by strengthening the maintenance of the iron mouth, strengthening the iron production management before the furnace, regular grouting maintenance and other measures, achieved a good production effect.
