酒钢2号高炉合理操作制度探讨

摘要 高炉冶炼是逆流式连续过程。炉料进入高炉上部即逐渐受热并参与诸多化学反应,在上部预热及反应的程度对下部工作状况有极大影响。通过控制操作制度可维持操作的稳定,这是高炉生产高效、优质与低耗的基础。高炉操作制度包括装料制度、送风制度、造渣制度及热制度。通过对2号高炉近几年各操作参数及指标对比,总结出了2号高炉合理的操作制度参数。 Blast furnace smelting is acontinuous countercurrent process.When the burden enters the upper part of the blast furnace,it is gradually heated and participates in many chemical reactions. The perheating at the upper part and the degree of reaction have agreat influence on the working cindition of the lower part.The stability of operation can be maintained by consumption in blast furnace production.Blast furnace operation system includes charging system,air supply system,slagging system and heat system.By comparing the operation parameters and indexes of No.2 BF in recent years,the reasonable operation system parameters of No.2 BF are summarized.
