摘要 主要介绍了酒钢265 m^2烧结机点火器改造,取消原预热炉,利用环冷机三段废气进行点火。对点火器火嘴进行了优化改型。通过程序设计空煤比例、炉膛温度、低压切断等实现自动控制。改造后煤气单耗降低,炉膛温度稳定性和烧结矿成品强度提高。 The paper mainly introduces that the igniter of 265 m^2 sintering maching of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company cancels the original preheating furnace.Ignition using three-stage exhaust gas of circular cooler.Optimized modification of igniter nozzle.Automatic control is realized by programming the proportion of empty coal,furnace temperature and low pressure cat-off.Through modification,the unit consumption of gas is reduced,the temperature stability of furnace and the strength of sinter products are improved.
