An Analysis on the Opening Degree of 23MnNiMoCr54 Steel in Braiding Chain

摘要 矿山链环在编链前采用电阻加热,编链后高温状态下,存在开口度大小不一的问题,不利于焊接控制。通过与开口度均匀钢材进行光谱化学成分、金相组织的对比,分析了链环编链后开口度大小不一产生的原因。结果表明:开口度均匀链环与开口不一链环成分无明显差别;开口度不一链环金相组织中马氏体含量较高。通过退火过程模拟,初步推断该批次轧材中马氏体含量较多的原因是退火温度偏高。 The mine chain was heated by electric resistance before the chain was braided. There was a problem about different opening degrees under the high temperature state after braiding, which was not conducive to welding control. By comparing the spectral chemical composition and the metallographic structure with the uniformity of the steel, the reasons for the different opening degrees of the chain were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the uniformity of the opening and the composition of the non-chain of the opening;the content of martensite in the metallographic structure of the ring was higher than that of the ring. Through the simulation of the annealing process, it was concluded that the reason for the large content of martensite in the batch of rolled materials was the annealing temperature.
