摘要
碳钢薄板厂炼钢区域四台180 T桥式起重机承担着从高炉到混铁炉、脱硫工序、转炉之间钢包的运送任务。起重机两侧板钩如果不在同一水平面,钢包在吊运过程中容易发生倾翻风险。每次钢丝绳更换后一个重要工作就是对板钩进行调平,调平一次时间需要40 min以上。通过分析计算,精确钢丝绳调整量,可以达到一次性调平,缩短检修时间。
Four 180 T bridge cranes, installed in the steelmaking area of Carbon steel coil plant, are used for ladle delivery among blast furnace, mixer, desulfurization process and converter. If the flat hooks on both sides of the crane are not at the same level, the ladle is prone to tilting risk in the process of lifting and delivery. Therefore, it is very important to adjust the flat hook each time when the wire rope is replaced, and it usually takes more than 40 minutes to level the hook. Through analysis and calculation, the accurate adjustment quantity of wire rope can be obtained, which will help to achieve leveling in one time, thus shorten maintenance time.
