摘要
某电厂4×350 MW机组安装有18台循环泵。所有循环泵出口门均采用液控蝶阀控制。由于原设计安装的液控蝶阀控制系统在现场的实际应用中故障率极高,特别是在夏季高温季节,机组负荷大,一旦循环泵出口液控蝶阀故障,将不得不切换循环泵运行,同时处理此故障的过程中,就导致了循环泵失备,这将大大影响机组运行可靠性。针对这些故障,我们对现场环境、设备及图纸进行了大量研究,经多次改造,形成了一套完善的控制回路,经长时间运行过程验证,再未出现过液控蝶阀控制回路故障。
There are 18 circulating pumps installed in a 4×350 MW generator unit of a power plant. All the the outlet doors of circulating pumps are controlled by hydraulic butterfly valves. However, the hydraulic butterfly valve control system in the original design often failed in the field application, especially in the summer time when the temperature is high, and generator unit load is high. Once the hydraulic butterfly valve at the outlet of the circulating pump fails, the circulating pump has to be switched to standby pump, thus the reliability of the generator unit will be greatly affected during such failure period due to no standby pump. Facing these faults, we have carried out a lot of studies on the field environment, equipment and drawings. After many modifications, a set of complete control loop has been set up, and it is verified that there is no failures any more in the control system of butterfly valve through a long period of operation.
