X-射线荧光光谱法测定钛铁矿中的主次量元素 被引量:2

摘要 采用熔融法制样,X射线荧光光谱测定钛铁矿中的Fe2O3、V2O5、S、P、TiO2、MnO、MgO、CaO、Al2O3、SiO210个主次量元素。用5个国家级钒钛磁铁矿标准物质(GBW07224-GBW07227和GBW07226a)及2个部级钒钛磁铁矿标准物质(YSBS1717-2005和BHO104),并在国家级标准物质中加入光谱纯TiO2制备人工标样,作为校准样品,用内标和理论α系数及经验系数法校正基体效应,分析的准确度满足化学分析的要求。 Determination of Fe2O3,V2O5,S,P,TiO2,MnO,MgO,CaO,Al2O3,SiO2 ten major, minor elements in ilmenite with fused bead by X-Ray Spectrometry. Mixing 5 vanadium titano-magnetite of national standard matters and 2 vanadium titano-magnetite of ministry standards matters with spectrum pure TiO2,the sunthetic standard samples were prepared. The matrix effect was calibrated by the internal standard and theoretical Alpha coefficient. The precision and accuracy of the method can meet in need for routine measurement.
