总体国家安全观研究的系统性文献综述

Systematic Literature Review of Overall National Security Concept

[目的/意义]对中国知网(CNKI)平台上总体国家安全观相关研究论文进行梳理分析,为国家安全研究提供参考。[方法/过程]基于系统性文献分析方法,从提出背景、当代价值、研究内容、基本特征、实践路径这5个视角来回顾我国总体国家安全观理论研究的现状。[结果/结论]通过梳理分析发现,总体国家安全观研究刚刚起步,理论体系还未形成,研究中存在思想渊源分析较弱、当代价值未着重突出人的安全、基本特征针对性不强、研究内容深入程度不够、实践路径缺乏具体措施等问题。故未来的研究方向应在综合性研究的基础上深化非传统安全研究、强化国家安全治理研究、开展总体国家安全公共关系研究、加强国家安全学学科建设以及总体国家安全教育研究,进一步提升总体国家安全观落地实践的效果和国际影响力。

[Purpose/Significance]This paper sorts out and analyzes the research papers related to the overall national security concept on the CNKI platform,and to provide a reference for national security research.[Method/Process]Based on a systematic literature analysis method,the current status of theoretical research on China's overall national security outlook is reviewed from five perspectives:background,contemporary values,research content,basic characteristics,and practice paths.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that the research on the overall national security concept has just begun,and the theoretical system has not yet been formed.There are weak ideological sources in the research,contemporary values do not focus on human security,basic features are not targeted,research content is not deep enough,and practice paths are lacking specific measures and other issues.Therefore,the future research direction should be based on comprehensive research to deepen non-traditional security research,strengthen national security governance research,carry out overall national security public relations research,strengthen the construction of national security disciplines and overall national security education research,and further enhance the effectiveness and international influence of the implementation of the overall national security concept.
