基于AHP-熵权法的发明专利价值评估——以丰田开放专利为例 被引量:49

摘要 [目的/意义]由于汽车领域专利数量庞大,涉及的技术领域广泛,深入分析发明专利的价值评估方法,可以有效、快捷地识别高价值专利。[方法/过程]首先基于文献分析确定专利价值评估指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法分别计算各项指标权重,然后结合两种方法的贡献度修正指标权重,最终确定专利的综合价值度评估模型,并以丰田开放的中国发明专利进行实例验证。[结果/结论]结果表明:通过改进的层次分析法(AHP)-熵权法评估的专利综合价值度与各专利检索数据库的专利价值度结果基本吻合,该方法可以快速有效地评估发明专利的综合价值度。 [Purpose/Significance]Because of the huge quantity patents in the automotive field and the wide range of technical fields involved,in-depth analysis of the value evaluation methods of invention patents can effectively and quickly identify high-value patents.[Method/Process]Firstly,the evaluation index of patent value is determined based on the literature analysis,and the AHP and entropy weight are used to calculate the weights of each index respectively.Then,the index weight is modified based on the contribution of two methods.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model of patent value is determined and verified by Toyota's open-source China invention patent.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that:the synthetic value of patents evaluated by the improved AHP-entropy method is basically mesh with the patent value of each patent retrieval database,which can be used to evaluate the comprehensive value of invention patents quickly and effectively evaluation.
