On the Theoretical Resources of Big Data Ethics Research

[目的/意义]当前我国大数据伦理研究存在学术积淀不足、理论深度不够等方面的问题,有必要深入发掘、梳理与之相关的理论资源,推动大数据伦理研究的开拓创新。[方法/过程]通过分析大数据伦理问题的产生及其伦理研究的兴起过程,可以发现,“伦理”和“技术”构成大数据伦理研究的两个基本维度。[结果/结论]大数据伦理研究的理论资源,体现在由这两个维度以及其融合而形成的多个学科领域,即伦理学、技术哲学、技术伦理学和信息伦理学。

[Purpose/Significance]The research on big data ethics in China has problems such as lack of academic accumulation and insufficient theoretical depth.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore and comb the theoretical resources of big data ethics research,to promote its development and innovation.[Method/Process]By analyzing the development process of big data ethical problems and big data ethics research,it can be found that"ethics"and"technology"constitute the two basic dimensions of big data ethics research.[Result/Conclusion]The theoretical resources of big data ethics research are embodied in the multiple disciplinary fields formed by the integration of these two dimensions,including ethics,technical philosophy,technical ethics and information ethics.
