外源植物生长调节剂对烤烟上部叶烘烤特性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Exogenous Plant Growth Regulators on the Curing Characteristics of Upper Leaves of Flue-Cured Tobacco

摘要 为探究外源植物生长调节剂油菜素内脂(BR)、赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)对云烟87上部叶烘烤特性的影响,本课题组在6月28日,利用不同外源植物生长调节剂(清水对照、0.2 mg/L BR+20 mg/L NAA、0.2 mg/L BR+50 mg/L GA3、50 mg/L GA3+20 mg/L NAA)喷施烟叶上部叶片正反面,以后每隔7 d喷施1次,共喷8次,研究上部叶烘烤过程中多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol oxidase,PPO)活性、含水量、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和相对电导率变化规律及上部叶暗箱变褐时间。结果表明外源植物生长调节剂与清水对照相比,能提高烘烤过程中烟叶PPO活性,缩短烟叶暗箱变褐时间,加快叶绿素降解,有效降低烘烤过程中烟叶MDA含量、相对电导率,从而减缓膜脂过氧化水平,改变膜损伤时间,但50 mg/L GA3+20 mg/L NAA和清水处理烟叶失水均衡性较差。从烘烤特性角度考虑,0.2 mg/L BR+20 mg/L NAA有利于提高烟叶外观质量及烤后烟叶品质。 In order to explore the effects of exogenous plant growth regulators brassinolide(BR),gibberellin(GA3),and naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)on the curing characteristics of upper leaves of Yunyan 87,the change regularity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity,water content,chlorophyll content.Malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and relative conductivity during the curing process of the upper leaves and the browning time of the upper leaf dark box were studied after different exogenous plant growth regulators(water control,0.2 mg/L BR+20 mg/L NAA,0.2 mg/L BR+50 mg/L GA3,50 mg/L GA3+20 mg/L NAA)spray the front and back of leaf.The results show that treatment with compared to control,the treatment with effects of exogenous plant growth regulators could increase the PPO activity of tobacco leaves during the curing process,and shorten their dark browning time,accelerate the degradation of chorophyll,effectively reduce the MDA content and relative conductivity of tobacco leaves in the curing process,thus slowing down the level of membrane lipid peroxidation and changing the time of membrane damage,but the water loss balance of tobacco leaves treated with 50 mg/L GA3+20 mg/L NAA and clear water was poor.From the perspective of curing characteristics,0.2 mg/L BR+20 mg/L NAA is conducive to improving the appearance quality of tobacco leaves and the quality of quality of tobacco leaves after curing.
