摘要
为研究刺叶冬青叶片提取物中生物活性物质的成分,本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析测定其提取物组成成分,最终分离确定出10种物质的化学结构,其中优势成分为烷异英(63.545%)、16-贝壳杉烯(6.145%)、芥酸酰胺(2.984%)。研究结果有助于刺叶冬青的进一步开发利用。
:The extractions of Ilex bioritsensis Hayata were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)to determine its active chemical components.The results showed that a total of 10 components were isolated and identified.Among them,the dominant components were Anisoin(63.545%),16-ent-Kaurene(6.145%),Erucamide(2.984%).The results obtained may be helpful for the further exploitation of Ilex Bioritsensis.
