超声造影在腹部实质脏器外伤治疗中的作用

The Role of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography in the Treatment of Abdominal Parenchymal Organ Injury

目的:研究超声造影在腹部实质脏器外伤治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取在2018年1月~2019年10份来某院就诊的60例患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行保守治疗,观察组实施超声造影引导注射治疗。结果:观察组的患者治疗总有效率90.00%与对照组83.33%相比差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影应用在腹部实质脏器外伤治疗中,提高了临床上的治疗总有效率,能够及时治疗患者的疾病,之后对患者的预后情况进行反馈,临床恢复效果良好。超声造影能够准确到血管灌注的区域,并且操作比较简单,值得在临床中应用。

Objective: To study the effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the treatment of abdominal parenchymal organ injury. Methods:from January 2018 to 2019, 10 patients who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the study objects, and they were set as the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group: conservative treatment;observation group: contrast-enhanced ultrasound guided injection treatment. Results: compared with 83.33% of the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion:the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the treatment of abdominal parenchymal organ trauma can improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment, and can treat patients’ diseases in time. After that, the prognosis of patients is fed back, and the clinical recovery effect is good. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can accurately reach the area of blood vessel perfusion, and the operation is relatively simple, which is worthy of clinical application.
