腔镜下经乳晕入路切除术与低位领式切口切除术治疗甲状腺肿瘤效果比较

Effect Comparison of Endoscopic Areola Approach Resection and Low-Grade Incision Resection in the Treatment of Thyroid Tumors

目的:分析腔镜下经乳晕入路切除术与低位领式切口切除术治疗甲状腺肿瘤效果。方法:2015年1月~2019年1月纳入400例甲状腺肿瘤患者,便利抽样法分组,A组采用低位领式切口切除术治疗,B组采用腔镜下经乳晕入路切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间均低于A组,B组NRS评分低于A组,B组并发症发生率1.0%低于A组并发症发生率7.5%,各项指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对甲状腺肿瘤患者采用腔镜下经乳晕入路切除术其围手术期各指标改善更加明显,可降低患者疼痛程度及并发症发生,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic areola approach resection and low-grade neck incision in the treatment of thyroid tumors. Methods:A total of 400 patients with thyroid tumors in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into groups by convenient sampling. Group A was treated with low-grade incision resection and group B was treated with endoscopic resection of the areola. Compared the effects of the two groups. Results: The operation time, length of incision, intraoperative blood loss, and length of hospital stay in group B were lower than those in group A. The NRS score in group B was lower than that in group A. The complication rate in group B was 1.0%, lower than that in group A with 7.5%. There was a statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Endoscopic areola approach resection for thyroid tumor patients is more effective in improving perioperative indicators, and can reduce the degree of pain and complications, which is worthy of promotion.
