白血病经骨髓细胞形态+外周血细胞形态学检查的临床价值

Clinical Value of Bone Marrow Cell MorphologyCombined with Peripheral Blood Cell Morphology in the Diagnosis of Leukemia

目的:分析骨髓细胞形态联合外周血细胞形态学检查诊断白血病的价值。方法:将50例疑似白血病患者随机分成两组,对照组与实验组各25例,均接受血常规检查结果复检。对照组选择骨髓细胞形态学检查,实验组选择骨髓细胞形态学检查联合外周血细胞形态学检查,观察比较两组检查结果。结果:与对照组相比,实验组的检查符合率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用骨髓细胞形态学检查与外周血细胞形态学检查,能让白血病的临床检出率明显提高,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the value of bone marrow cell morphology combined with peripheral blood cell morphology in the diagnosis of leukemia. Methods:50 patients with suspected leukemia were randomly divided into two groups, 25 in the control group and 25 in the experimental group, both group received blood routine examination results rechecked. Bone marrow cell morphology was selected in the control group, and bone marrow cell morphology combined with peripheral blood cell morphology were selected in the experimental group. The results were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the compliance rate of the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of bone marrow cell morphological examination and peripheral blood cell morphological examination can significantly improve the clinical detection rate of leukemia and has the value of promotion.
