腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术对子宫肌瘤患者疗效及术后康复的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy on the Curative Effect and Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Hysteromyoma

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术对子宫肌瘤患者疗效及术后康复的影响。方法:将某院于2016年8月~2018年8月期间收治的子宫肌瘤患者92例作为研究资料,依据手术治疗方案分组,各46例,对照组和观察组分别行开腹手术治疗及腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,观察两组治疗效果及术后恢复效果。结果:观察组手术时间显著长于对照组,而术中出血量、术后排气时间及住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后生活质量各项目评分与对照组比较均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:针对子宫肌瘤患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗可获得良好的疗效,是减少术中损伤、促进术后尽快康复的有效措施,确保改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on the curative effect and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hysteromyoma. Methods:92 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to a hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were taken as research data, 46 patients were divided into two groups according to the surgical treatment plan. The control group and the observation group were treated with laparotomy and laparoscopic myomectomy respectively, and the therapeutic effect and postoperative recovery effect of the two groups were observed. Results: The operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group, while the intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with hysteromyoma can achieve good curative effect, it is an effective measure to reduce intraoperative injury, promote postoperative recovery as soon as possible, ensure the improvement of quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application.
