丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合马来酸依那普利片对原发性高血压患者血压控制及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Tanshinone ⅡA Sodium Sulfonate Injection Combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets on Blood Pressure Control and Activity of Daily Living in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:研究丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合马来酸依那普利片治疗原发性高血压患者血压控制情况及日常生活能力。方法:选取某院2017年5月~2018年5月收治的原发性高血压患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予马来酸依那普利治疗,观察组给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合马来酸依那普利治疗,观察对比两组血压控制及日常生活能力。结果:观察组总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(74.00%,P<0.05);两组不良反应情况无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组日常生活能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合马来酸依那普利片治疗原发性高血压效果显著,不增加不良反应发生率,可提高患者日常生活能力。

Objective:To study the effect of tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injection combined with enalapril maleate tablets on blood pressure control and daily living ability in patients with essential hypertension. Methods:100 patients with essential hypertension in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table method, each of 50 cases. The control group was treated with enalapril maleate, while the observation group was treated with tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with enalapril maleate. Blood pressure control and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group(92.00%) was higher than that of the control group(74.00%, P< 0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the daily living ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate sodium injection combined with enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension has a significant effect, it does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, and can improve the ability of daily living of patients.
