糖皮质激素结合特布他林治疗慢阻肺急性加重期患者的有效性观察

Efficacy of Glucocorticoid Combined with Terbutaline in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察糖皮质激素结合特布他林应用于慢阻肺急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的有效性。方法:选取某院2017年4月~2019年3月收治的86例AECOPD患者,简单随机化分为单药组和联合组各43例。单药组予以特布他林治疗,联合组加用糖皮质激素,比较两组疗效与不良反应。结果:联合组总有效率(95.35%)较单药组(72.09%)高(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:糖皮质激素结合特布他林应用于AECOPD,可有效改善患者临床症状,安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:86 patients with AECOPD admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 patients in each group.The monotherapy group was treated with terbutaline,and the combined group was added with glucocorticoids,to compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group(95.35%)was higher than that of the monotherapy group(72.09%)(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both group.Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in AECOPD can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,it is safe and reliable.
