复方甘草酸苷注射液和还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物性肝炎患者疗效及预后的影响比较

Comparisonon Curative Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection and Reduced Glutathione on Patients with Anti-Tuberculous Drug Hepatitis and Their Influences on Prognosis

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液和还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物性肝炎患者疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法:选取某院住院收治的120例抗结核药物性肝炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表方法分为A组和B组各60例,A组予以常规治疗+还原型谷胱甘肽,B组予以常规治疗+复方甘草酸苷,两组均治疗4周,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的肝功能[TBIL(总胆红素)、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)、AST(谷草转氨酶)]及治疗期间的不良反应。结果:B组的总有效率(96.67%)显著高于A组(86.67%);B组的TBIL、ALT及AST水平均显著低于A组(P<0.05);两组于治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:相较于还原型谷胱甘肽,复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗抗结核药物性肝炎疗效更加显著,改善肝功能明显,且安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection and reduced glutathione on patients with anti-tuberculous drug hepatitis and their influences on liver function. Methods:A total of 120 patients with anti-tuberculosis drug hepatitis who were admitted to a hospital were enrolled in the study. They were divided into group A(60 cases) and group B(60 cases) by random number table method. Group A was given routine treatment and reduced glutathione. Group B was given routine treatment and compound glycyrrhizin. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect, liver function [TBIL(total bilirubin), ALT(alanine aminotransferase), AST(aspartate aminotransferase)] before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total response rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(96.67% vs 86.67%). The levels of TBIL, ALT and AST in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05). There was no serious adverse reactions during treatment in either group. Conclusion:Compared with that of reduced glutathione, the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection is more obvious on anti-tuberculosis drug hepatitis, which can more significantly improve liver function, and it is safe and reliable.
