欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果观察

Effect of Xinmupeiin the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Due to Uterine Atony

目的:探讨欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法:研究对象来自于2017年1月~2018年12月于某院分娩后因宫缩乏力所致的产后出血病例96例,以随机数字表为分组原则将其分为两组,即对照组48例(应用常规缩宫素治疗)与研究组48例(应用欣母沛治疗),观察对比两组临床疗效与用药后的不良反应。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组用药后不良反应发生率4.16%低于对照组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果满意,可以达到快速止血的目的,保证了患者的生殖健康,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xinmupei on postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony. Methods:96 cases of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia after delivery in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table, namely 48 cases in the control group(treated with conventional oxytocin) and 48 cases in the research group(treated with Xinmupei). To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%, higher than 83.33% of the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.16% lower than that in the control group 16.67%, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Xinmupei in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony is satisfactory. It can achieve the goal of rapid hemostasis and ensure the reproductive health of patients. It is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
