应用抗阻运动针灸联合推拿治疗颈椎小关节错位的临床疗效探究

Clinical Effect of Resistance Movement Acupuncture Combined Massage Therapy in the Treatment of Cervical Facet Joint Dislocation

目的:探究抗阻运动针灸联合推拿治疗颈椎小关节错位的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年7月~2018年9月某院针灸康复科诊治的60例颈椎小关节错位患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为实验组与对照组各30例,对照组采用推拿治疗,实验组基于对照组基础上联合抗阻运动针灸治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、VAS评分。结果:治疗后实验组临床治疗效果明显大于对照组(90.00%>63.33%),P<0.05;VAS评分低于对照组(3.03±0.17<5.34±0.28)分,P<0.05。结论:与单一采用推拿相比,联合抗阻运动针灸治疗能快速降低疼痛,改善临床症状,显著提升治疗效果,具有独特的临床优势,值得临床进一步大力推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of resistance movement acupuncture combined massage therapy in the treatment of cervical facet joint dislocation. Methods:60 patients with cervical facet joint dislocation diagnosed and treated in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation of a hospital from July 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research object. According to the treatment method, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with the number of cases in each group being 30. The control group was treated with massage, and the experimental group was treated with resistance movement acupuncture combined massage therapy based on the control group. The treatment effect and VAS score of the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group(90.00%>63.33%), P<0.05. VAS score was lower than that of the control group(3.03±0.17<5.34±0.28), P<0.05. Conclusion:Compared with massage alone, resistance movement acupuncture combined massage therapy can quickly reduce pain, improve clinical symptoms, and significantly improve the therapeutic effect. With unique clinical advantages, it is worthy of further clinical application.
