浅析城中村改造现存问题及其发展方向

A Brief Analysis of the Existing Problems of Urban Village Reconstruction and Its Development Direction

城市化进程不断加深,必然会占据原属于农村的土地。由此形成的城乡结合部制约着城市的高速发展,二元管理体制是众多影响因素中最为主要的。目前对城中村的改造仍然没有比较完备的解决方式,文章从城中村的社会背景开始分析,归纳总结改造过程中的问题,为城中村的发展方向提供部分思路。

The deepening process of urbanization has continued to deepen will inevitably occupy land originally belonging to rural areas. Thus the urban and rural fringe area restricts the rapid development of the city, and the dual management system is the most important one among many influencing factors. At present, there is still no complete solution to the reconstruction of urban villages. This paper starts from the social background of urban villages, summarizes the problems in the reconstruction process, and provides some ideas for the development direction of urban villages.
