摘要
文章以压缩式制冷机组为研究对象,提出了一种变频控制的模糊建模法。该建模方法以压缩式制冷机组的工况条件(室外温度、冷却水的温度和热负荷)为模型的输入量,以压缩机的工作频率为模型的输出量,采用模糊理论的方法建立输入输出之间的模糊规则。仿真与实验的比较结果表明,在相同的工况条件下所建立的模糊模型能够精确的预测制冷量与压缩机频率之间的关系,其预测误差在0.1%-5.3%之内。
This paper proposes a fuzzy modeling method of variable frequency control based on compression type refrigerating units. The modeling method takes the working conditions(outdoor temperature, cooling water temperature, and heat load) of the compression type refrigerating unit as the input of the model, and uses the operating frequency of the compressor as the output of the model to establish fuzzy rules between input and output based on fuzzy theory. The comparison between simulation and experiment shows that the fuzzy model established under the same working conditions can accurately predict the relationship between the cooling capacity and the compressor frequency, and its prediction error is within 0.1%-5.3%.
