摘要 装配式建筑具有环保性以及安全性的特征。对于装配式建筑而言,属于建筑工业化生产产品,贯穿于建筑行业各个不同的阶段。因此,对装配式建筑提出的信息化要求远远超过传统化的现浇混凝土技术。当前阶段,建筑行业面临着信息孤岛化情况,造成这种情况的主要原因是缺乏信息技术的有效应用。论文相应的提出了基于BIM技术的装配式建筑的智慧建造,介绍了BIM技术在建筑行业的应用。 Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of environmental protection and safety. For prefabricated building, it belongs to the industrial production of building product, which runs through different stages of the construction industry. Therefore, the information requirements for prefabricated buildings are far more than the traditional cast-in-situ concrete technology. At present, the construction industry is faced with the situation of information isolation, which is mainly caused by the lack of effective application of information technology. This paper proposes the intelligent construction of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology, and introduces the application of BIM technology as the main technology core in the construction industry.
