西北典型台地田园综合体规划设计研究--以兰州市米家台幸运果玩项目为例

A Study on the Planning and Design of Typical Terrace Field Complex in Northwest China--Taking the Lucky Fruit Play Project of Mijiatai in Lanzhou City as an Example

文章以米家台幸运果玩实践项目为例,对台地型田园综合体规划进行SWOT分析,在此基础上,总结了米家台田园果玩项目的具体规划方式,发现西北台地田园综合体项目规划设计在空间布局、交通设施、景观配景、功能配套四个方面具有特色,然后提出相关建议。并对西北典型台地田园综合体规划设计的特色与如何体现该特色进行讨论,认为还需满足田园综合体规划的基本要求,才能构建出成熟的台地田园综合体。

Taking the Lucky Fruit Play Project of Mijiatai in Lanzhou City as an example, this paper conducts SWOT analysis on the planning of terrace field complex in northwest China. On this basis, it summarizes the specific planning methods of the rural fruit play project in Mijiatai, and finds that the planning and design of the terrace field complex in northwest China has its characteristics in four aspects: spatial layout, transportation facilities, landscape matching and function matching, and then puts forward some relevant suggestions. This paper also discusses the characteristics of planning and design of typical rural complex in northwest china and how to embody it. It is considered that it is necessary to meet the basic requirements of rural complex planning in order to construct a mature terrace rural complex.
