基于门槛理论的厦门城市空间结构调整思考

Thinking on Spatial Structure Adjustment of Xiamen Based on the Threshold Theory

正确理解空间绩效、规模门槛与城市空间结构的关系,对于理解城市空间的动态发展、合理提出城市空间结构、促进城市高质量发展具有重要意义。文章借鉴空间经济学对规模和门槛的相关理论,分析了空间绩效、规模门槛与城市空间结构的关系,总结了厦门市城市发展与空间拓展的特征,分析了厦门跨越发展的难点,指出战略规划的指引、核心生产服务功能外迁和交通系统的衔接是厦门实现跨越发展的关键。

It is of great significance to correctly understand the relationship between spatial performance, threshold of scale and urban spatial structure to understand the dynamic development of urban space, reasonably put forward urban spatial structure and promote urban transformation. Based on spatial economics of scale and the threshold of the related theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between performance space, threshold of scale and urban spatial structure, summarizes the characteristics of Xiamen’s urban development and spatial expansion, analyzes the difficulties in Xiamen’s leapfrogging development, and points out that the guidance of strategic planning, the transfer of core production and service functions and the connection of transportation system are the keys for xiamen to realize the leap-forward development.
