富血小板纤维蛋白诱导口腔缺损软组织的修复与再生的能力 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究富血小板纤维蛋白诱导口腔缺损软组织的修复与再生的能力。方法选取2018年4月~2019年4月在我院诊治的64例口腔软组织缺损患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。观察组软组织缺损位置植入覆盖富血小板纤维蛋白膜,对照组植入海奥胶原膜,比较两组平均愈合时间、不同时间(第5、10天)愈合率、创面分泌物中胶原酶-1浓度及术后第5天创面状态(肿胀、出血、疼痛)评分。结果观察组术后第平均愈合时间短于对照组,术后第5、10天愈合率均高于对照组,术后第5、10天创面分泌物中胶原酶-1浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第5天创面肿胀、出血、疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论富血小板纤维蛋白可促进口腔缺损软组织的修复,提高愈合率,且愈合时间短,创面状态评分低,创面分泌物中胶原酶-1浓度高,有效促进了软组织的再生,值得临床应用。 Objective To study the ability of platelet-rich fibrin to induce the repair and regeneration of soft tissues in oral defects.Methods A total of 64 patients with oral soft tissue defects diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. Observation group was implanted with platelet-rich fibrin membrane and the control group was implanted with Haiao collagen membrane. The average healing time, healing rate at different times(5 and 10 days), collagenase-1 concentration in wound secretions, and wound state(swelling, bleeding, pain) scores after 5 day were compared between the two groups.Results The average healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the healing rate was higher than that of the control group on 5 and 10 d after operation, the concentration of collagenase-1 in wound secretions was higher than that of the control group on 5 and 10 d after operation(P<0.05);the wound swelling, bleeding, and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 5 d(P<0.05). Conclusion Platelet-rich fibrin can promote the repair of soft tissues of oral defects and improve the healing rate.The healing time is short, the wound state score is low, and the concentration of collagenase-1 in the wound secretions is high.
