西部某重点大学学生对乙肝病毒携带者认知和态度的调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解西部某重点大学学生对乙肝病毒携带者的认知状况和相关态度,旨在为制定全面系统的防控措施和健康教育提供一定的理论依据。方法采用随机抽样方法在西部某重点大学医学专业与非医学专业学生中各抽取一年级和四年级各5个班,共528名大学生参加调查,了解调查大学生基本资料(年龄、性别、年级)、比较不同性别、年级及是否医学专业学生乙肝主要知识点知晓率、医学与非医学专业学生乙肝传播、预防知识知晓率。结果乙肝主要知识点知晓率男生低于女生,大学一年级学生低于四年级学生,医学专业学生高于非医学专业学生(P<0.05);医学专业学生乙肝传播、预防知识知晓率与非医学专业学生(P<0.05);了解政府相关规定,支持消除乙肝歧视政策的大学生有394名,占77.87%。结论大多数大学生对乙型肝炎相关知识有了解,不同性别、年级及是否医学专业学生乙肝主要知识点知晓率存在差异,高效应依据大学生个体差异特点开展乙肝相干知识防控教育,以提高大学生普遍对乙肝相关知识的认知水平。 Objective To understand the cognition status and related attitudes of students from a key university in the western region to HBV carriers,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of comprehensive and systematic prevention and control measures and health education.Methods Random sampling method was used to select 5 classes of first grade and 4th grade among medical students and non-medical students of a key university in the west. A total of 528 college students participated in the survey to understand the basic information(age, gender, grade) of the surveyed college students. Compare the awareness rate of the main knowledge points of hepatitis B among medical students of different genders, grades and whether or not, and the awareness rate of hepatitis B transmission and prevention knowledge among medical and non-medical students. Results The awareness rate of the main knowledge points of hepatitis B is lower than that of boys, the first-year college students are lower than the fourthgrade students, and the medical students are higher than non-medical students(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the awareness rate and non-medical students(P<0.05);394 college students who understood the relevant government regulations and supported the policy to eliminate hepatitis B discrimination accounted for 77.87%.Conclusion Most college students have knowledge of hepatitis B related knowledge.Different genders, grades, and whether medical students have different knowledge rates of major knowledge points of hepatitis B. High-efficiency education on hepatitis B related knowledge prevention and control is based on individual differences among college students to improve the generality of college students knowledge level of knowledge about hepatitis B.
