唑来膦酸联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的效果 被引量:3

The Effect of Zoledronic Acid Combined with Radiotherapy in Patients with Bone Metastases from Malignant Tumors

摘要 目的观察唑来膦酸联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月在我院诊治的76例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者临床为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用单纯放疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组临床治疗骨转移灶疗效评总有效率、疼痛评分、生活质量以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组骨转移灶治疗总有效率为57.89%,高于对照组的44.73%(P<0.05);治疗后两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组生活质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.78%,与对照组的18.42%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论唑来膦酸联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移效果确切,可减轻患者疼痛,提高生活质量,且不增加临床不良反应。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with malignant bone metastases.Methods 76 patients with bone metastases from malignant tumors diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into a control group and an observation group with random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone, and the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, pain score, quality of life and clinical adverse reactions of the clinical treatment of bone metastases in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of bone metastases in the observation group was 57.89%, which was higher than 44.73% in the control group(P<0.05);the pain scores of both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.78%, compared with 18.42% of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy has a definite effect on the treatment of bone metastases of malignant tumors, which can reduce patients’ pain and improve the quality of life without increasing clinical adverse reactions.
