摘要 装配式建筑是国家正在大力推行的绿色建筑,它具有标准化设计、工业化生产、装配化施工、一体化装修和信息化管理等特征,既有"四节一环保"的优点,又能保障质量安全,加快施工进度,是当前国家绿色建筑的主要推手。全球关注的武汉雷神山医院正是借助装配式建筑建造的特点,通过数千工程技术人员的日夜奋战,仅用12天完成了7.9万m2传染病医院的建造任务。该文展示了项目各参建方紧密配合及细心策划,在装配式钢结构建筑的标准化设计、结构系统、外围护系统、设备管线系统和内装系统等方面的先进设计理念及设计与施工的高度融合。同时,充分显示了装配式建筑绿色、快捷、高效建造的优势,必将在更广泛的领域得到应用,可供类似工程项目建设的相关技术人员参考。 Fabricated building is a green building design method that is being vigorously promoted by the government,which has the characteristics of standardized design,industrialized production,assembly construction,integrated decoration and information management.It not only has the advantages that can be summarized as"4 resource savings and 1 environment protection",but also helps to ensure good quality and safety,and accelerates construction progress.Thus the fabricated building is a major promoter of current green building design.Recently,the world-renowned Leishenshan Hospital in Wuhan,a 79,000 m2 of hospital for infectious diseases,was rapidly completed in only 12 days with the unique advantage of fabricated construction and the round-the clock efforts of thousands of engineers.In this article we indicate the close cooperation and careful planning of the participating designers,the high integration between design and construction,and the advanced design concepts of the assembled steel structure building including its standardized design,structural system,building envelope system,MEP system and interior system in Leishenshan Hospital Project.In the meantime,we fully demonstrate that fabricated buildings have the advantages of sustainable,rapid and efficient construction,and will definitely be applied in broader fields.We hope it can be used as a reference for designers and engineers in similar building projects.
