综合医院标准病区改造应急感染病区设计研究——以东西湖区人民医院为例

The Design of Emergency Infected Wards in General Hospital Standard Ward Reconstruction:Taking the People’s Hospital of Dongxihu District as an Example

此次我国暴发的新型传染性疾病,对社会、经济造成了重大影响。自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,武汉许多医院都面临门诊量剧增,床位数不足,患者在医院交叉感染甚至医务人员感染等问题。该文以武汉市东西湖区人民医院为例,研究如何对综合医院的标准病区进行改造设计,以满足传染病防控"三区两通道"设置,使其成为应急感染病区,从而满足医院面对疫情时的防控要求,为以后的医院病区实现临时改造提供参考。

The outbreak of infectious disease in China has caused a significant impact on society and the economy.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,many hospitals in Wuhan have faced a surge in outpatients,insufficient beds,cross-infection of patients in hospitals,and even medical staff infection.Taking the People’s Hospital of Dongxihu District,Wuhan City as an example,we study how to reform and design the standard ward of a general hospital to meet the"three-zone and two-passage"setting of infectious disease prevention and control,making it as an infection ward,so as to meet the prevention and control requirements of the hospital during epidemic situations,as well as to provide a reference for future temporary reconstruction of hospital wards.
