急诊超声诊断急腹症的临床应用分析

Clinical application of emergency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen

目的探讨急诊超声在诊断急腹症中的临床应用。方法选取2017年1月至12月由于急腹症而入住本院的130例患者作为本研究对象。所有患者入院后进行临床诊断,之后进行超声检查,将出院诊断作为金标准,比较超声诊断与入院诊断的总符合率。结果130例急腹症患者中超声诊断的总符合率为90.8%(118/130),高于入院诊断的64.6%(84/130)(P<0.05)。结论在对急腹症患者进行诊断的过程中采用急诊超声,能尽早判定患者的发病原因,诊断准确率相对较高,有助于治疗方案的确立。

Objective To explore the clinical application of emergency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods 130 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 due to acute abdomen were selected as the study object.All patients were diagnosed clinically after admission,and then were examined by ultrasound.With the discharge diagnosis as the gold standard,and the total coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis and admission diagnosis were compared.Results In 130 patients with acute abdomen,the total coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 90.8%(118/130),which was higher than that of admission diagnosis[64.6%(84/130)](P<0.05).Conclusion The use of emergency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen helps to determine the causes of the diseases as early as possible,with relatively high accuracy of diagnosis,which is conducive to the establishment of treatment plan.
