微课教育模式应用在宫腔镜患者术前宣教中的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微课教育模式应用在宫腔镜患者术前宣教中的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2018年10月1日至2019年3月31日期间108例择期应用宫腔镜手术的患者,等分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组予传统的术前宣教,通过健康教育宣传单结合语言表达信息,口头解答患者及家属的疑问;观察组在传统的术前宣教的基础上应用微课教育模式进行宣教。比较两组患者的相关知识知晓度、心理焦虑程度及术后自我护理能力、患者满意度,并进行统计学分析。结果干预前观察组患者对宫腔镜的知晓度为(69.13±6.74)分、SAS评分为(59.17±6.04)分,对照组患者对宫腔镜的知晓度为(68.85±6.31)分、SAS评分为(59.96±5.77)分,观察组和对照组患者自我护理能力总分分别为(87.46±6.41)分、(87.37±6.58)分,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后观察组患者对宫腔镜知晓度得分高于对照组[(90.31±4.31)分比(70.74±6.07)分],而SAS评分却低于对照组[(42.02±4.07)分比(58.24±5.57)分];观察组患者术后自我护理能力总分和满意度评分分别为(122.33±7.39)分、(97.93±1.79)分,也高于对照组的(94.94±6.32)分、(88.28±4.80)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论微课教育模式应用在术前宣教,可有效提高患者对宫腔镜手术相关知识的知晓度,降低心理焦虑程度,积极配合宫腔镜手术,提高自我护理能力和满意度。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the application of micro class education model in the preoperative education of hysteroscopic patients.Methods 108 cases of hysteroscopic surgery from October 1,2018 to March 31,2019 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,54 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional preoperative education,expressing information through health education leaflet and language,orally answering the questions of patients and their families;the observation group was given the micro class education model on the basis of the traditional preoperative education.The knowledge awareness,psychological anxiety,self-care ability,and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results Before the intervention,the score of awareness on hysteroscopy in the observation group was(69.13±6.74)and the SAS score was(59.17±6.04),those in the control group were(68.85±6.31)and(59.96±5.77),the total scores of self-care ability in the observation group and the control group were(87.46±6.41)and(87.37±6.58)respectively,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the score of awareness on hysteroscopy in the observation group[(90.31±4.31)]was higher than that in the control group[(70.74±6.07)],however,the score of SAS[(42.02±4.07)]was lower than that in the control group[(58.24±5.57)];the total score of postoperative self-care ability and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were(122.33±7.39)and(97.93±1.79)respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(94.94±6.32)and(88.28±4.80)],with statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.01).Conclusion The application of micro class education model in preoperative education,can effectively improve patients'awareness on the relevant knowledge of hysteroscopic surgery,reduce the level of psychological anxiety,help the patients actively cooperate with hysteroscopic surgery,improve self-care ability and satisfaction.
