河南省物流业高质量发展评价及省际比较分析——基于灰色关联、熵权和TOPSIS法 被引量:5

High-quality Development Evaluation and Inter-provincial Comparative Analysis of Logistics Industry in Henan Province——Based on Grey Correlation,Entropy Weight and TOPSIS Methods

摘要 河南省地处中原且位于交通要道,发展好物流业不仅有利于河南省经济发展,更有利于全国物流业的高质量发展。在构建物流业高质量发展评价指标体系的基础上,采用灰色关联法、熵权法和TOPSIS法对河南省物流业高质量发展进行研究,并进行省际比较。实证发现河南省物流业高质量发展存在着碳排放水平较高、创新动力不足和经济发展限制的问题,进而提出完善政策措施、加强技术创新驱动和提高对外开放水平的对策。 Henan Province is located in the central plains and belongs to traffic arteries.A good de velopment of logistics industry is not only conducive to the economic development of Henan Province,but also conducive to the high-quality development of the national logistics industry.On the basis of constructing an evaluation index system of high-quality development of logistics industry,the gray correlation method,entropy weight method and TOPSIS method were used to study the high-quality development of logistics industry in Henan Province,and to makean in ter-provincial comparison.This study found that the high-quality development of logistics indus try in Henan Province had some problems,such as high carbon emission level,lack of innova tion power and economic development limitation.Then this study put forward the countermea sures of perfecting policy and measures,strengthening technological innovation and improving the level of opening to the outside world.
